INFORMATION NOTE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
(as per art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003)

Trevisearch undertakes to protect the privacy of its users and to safeguard the personal data collected on this website, in accordance with the pertinent laws and regulations, and, in particular, with Legislative Decree 196/03, the "Code on the Protection of Personal Data".
The present document (Privacy Standard) summarises the objectives and procedures followed by Trevisearch in collecting, utilising and transferring personal data entered on the site www.trevisearch.com, as well as the security measures employed by Trevisearch to protect that data.

Information subject to collection and processing
As per art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, "Code on the Protection of Personal Data", we wish to inform you that whatever personal data you communicate shall be processed in full compliance with that law, as well as with the obligations of confidentiality and the code of professional conduct under which Trevisearch conduct its activities.
Trevisearch collects, processes and communicates the personal data of its users for the primary purpose of bringing together the demand and supply of labour, to this end providing you with the possibility of placing your curriculum vitae in its archives.
Trevisearch undertakes, towards users who enter their personal data on its website, not to sell, share or lease this information to third parties under procedures that differ from those stipulated in the present document. As the titleholder of the processing of the data, Trevisearch, together with any subjects expressly assigned to the task, are the only parties to which the information collected on this site shall be made available.
Trevisearch reserves the right to communicate the information provided by users exclusively to individuals authorised to receive such information, being assigned to maximise the exposure and access of the users to the employment opportunities that Trevisearch handles on behalf of its clients.
Trevisearch performs search and selection services, collecting the large quantities of personal information needed to supply these services. By deciding to enter their personal data on this site, users express their wish to supply such information to Trevisearch and to be taken into consideration, assuming the conditions are right, for the employment searches carried out by Trevisearch. Should the personal information not be provided, then it will be impossible for Trevisearch to supply the services offered by this site.
We ask that you please refrain from indicating any sensitive data (likely to reveal racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other types of  convictions, political opinions, membership in political parties, unions, associations or religious, philosophical or  union organisations, as well as personal data apt to reveal state of health or sex life). Any sensitive data shall immediately be cancelled, unless there is a written declaration – drawn up following an attentive reading of the present information note – of consent to their processing by Trevisearch and by our client company.
The processing of your data for the purposes referred to above shall be carried out primarily through automated and computerised procedures, always in accordance with the rules of confidentiality and security contemplated under the Law.
Presentation of your personal data to Trevisearch is an absolutely optional act, tough refusal to enter the data in our archives could make it impossible for our recruiters to take you into consideration in the course of a search and selection assignment.

Your data can be utilised, solely in an anonymous, aggregate form, for the formulation of statistics, which can be disclosed, even to third parties, and possibly abroad.
The titleholder of the data processing is Trevisearch S.r.l., registered office in Milano, Via Mellerio no. 3. The manager of the processing is the Sole Administrative Director at the Milan office, Via Mellerio no. 3, designated form the purposes of art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 as well. Use and disclosure of personal information

In order to carry out the search and selection activities, and to be able to present you as a candidate for a specific search, Trevisearch must be able to supply personal information to its clients (potential employers), unless you specifically indicate otherwise, and to affiliated companies and individuals assigned to the process. We ask that you refrain from entering any personal data, should you not intend to utilise this service and benefit from the research carried out by Trevisearch.
The information obtained through the site is used exclusively for the purposes indicated at the time the information is collected. Trevisearch does not sell or share the personal information collected to/with third parties.
Trevisearch operates in a large number of countries throughout the world, working through enterprises affiliated with the AltoPartners Group (www.altopartners.com) and it may transfer the personal data to another country, should local employment opportunities arise. Trevisearch and its affiliates take adequate security measures in processing the data they receive, in accordance with the laws currently in force.

Use and disclosure in anonymous form of the personal information collected
The personal information collected by Trevisearch through the present site, as per the terms and conditions indicated above, may be used by Trevisearch to create statistical work-ups of various types, in anonymous and aggregate form, depending on the specific characteristics of the statistics. Under no circumstances will it be possible to identify the titleholder of the statistics.

Security and undamaged condition of the information
In order to prevent unauthorised accesses, maintain the accuracy of the data collected and ensure appropriate use of the information, www.trevisearch.com has put in place appropriate procedures of physical, electronic and management security meant to safeguard all the information collected on-line. In managing its own site, Trevisearch utilises the software Encore, which is produced and managed by the company Americana Cluen Inc. (www.cluen.com) and used by many of the leading search and selection firms on the global level, meeting the highest standards of quality and security.
Trevisearch shall process the personal information solely by means of the procedures illustrated in the present document, and it undertakes to ensure that the data are accurate, complete, updated and reliable for the purposes indicated. Trevisearch further undertakes to take steps, in line with the requirements of professional diligence, to protect the information from loss, incorrect use, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

User ID and password
Each user is responsible for keeping his or her password and User ID (E-mail address) secret, and the user shall assume full responsibility in the evernt of loss an d/or unauthorised use of the above.
Should the password be forgotten, the user may request that it be sent to his or her e-mail address, simply by following the procedure indicated on-line after you have clicked on “Forget your Password?”.
Trevisearch reserves the right to change password at any point in time, in order to protect the security of the site.

Access to information
Should you require assistance to access or modify your personal information, or should you no longer wish to utilise the services of Trevisearch, we are available to provide instructions on how to correct, update and remove personal data. Trevisearch reserves the right to revise the data entered, but solely for the purpose of establishing uniform standards and criteria for its archives, including changes in the lists of the companies cited and additions following any interviews held.
