Founded in the late 70’s, Trevisearch is a "veteran" Italian firm in the sector of Executive Search and organizational consulting focused on Corporate Management.
The shareholders of Trevisearch are its operating Partners, the same executives who deal directly with the clients and the candidates, to whom 100% of the company’s attention and efforts are directed.

The alliance between Trevisearch and Hicons, formalized during 2007, has led to the creation of one of the most prestigious and solid enterprises in the Italian market.
In 2006 Trevisearch and a group of international partners signed the articles of foundation of AltoPartners. At ALTO the PARTNERS share the need to provide their clients with the best possible services for HR projects in any country. After only 1 year of operation, AltoPartners has been ranked in 16th place (*) among the world’s executive search groups.
